What is in each package →

In Kettingskov, southern Denmark, we built eight Als homes in one season of 2022: Als 70 and Als 110 with black, gray and wood facades. Each with its own plot, its own terrace facing the sun and the same factory kit.
Four models. Two series. One factory.
Aura — contemporary with a low silhouette. Als — Scandinavian with a high ridge and wood facade. Each available as a factory kit or turnkey.
Every model comes as a Base package (factory kit with assembly) or a Complete package (turnkey). Four facade colours and two roof types at no extra cost.

Three questions and we recommend a model.
The recommendation is indicative — we choose the exact model and specification together in a consultation.
Four colours. Two roofs.

Four facade colours and two roof types for every model. Choose and see it instantly.

Every Frest wall panel is made in the factory with insulation, vapour barrier and cladding already in it. On site only assembly remains: a crane, three people, a week to the roof. That is why the work on site is short and the price is known before the first dig.
Real houses.
Not renders.
Houses we have built in Denmark and Latvia since 2019.

Als 110 in a pine forest in Latvia, 2024. Gray vertical board facade and a metal roof; the house stands on a concrete slab foundation.

Als 70 in Kettingskov with full-height glazing across the gable. The covered terrace extends the living room outdoors; the cladding is natural wood, the roof dark.

Enquire →- 01How long does a Frest home take?
It depends on the project. Design and permitting after the design contract take from 12 weeks to six months; construction from 24 weeks to a year. The factory kit and assembly take 16–20 weeks of that, because the panels are produced while the foundations are built. Every project is a little different, and the exact schedule is agreed together with the offer.
- 02What is in the Base and Complete packages?
The Base package is the factory kit with assembly: insulated wall panels, roof, windows, exterior doors and a finished facade. The Complete package adds interior finishing, electrical, plumbing and heating. Neither package includes foundation works, land or the building permit.
- 03Can the layout be changed?
Yes. Standard models let you choose finishes, facade colour and roof type, and make layout changes — moving walls or adding modules. For a fully unique home we offer custom design.
- 04How energy-efficient are the houses?
The Als series has energy class A: 290–300 mm of wall insulation, 250–300 mm in the roof, 250 mm under the slab and triple glazing. Als 70 has calculated heating costs of €280–430 per year.
